We're excited to get your order into your hands! Below is everything you need to know about how long shipping usually takes, what "estimated" really means, and why patience is sometimes part of the journey.
Dispatch is the time it takes us to create your order, package it, and hand it off to the postal carrier or courier.
In other words:
Once your order is dispatched, it's officially on its way β and delivery timing is then handled by the carrier.

Shipping estimates begin after dispatch, not from the moment you place your order.

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order leaves our shop, it begins its adventure through postal networks, customs offices, weather systems, and holiday chaos β all of which are outside our control.
Delivery estimates start after your order has been dispatched, not from the day you click "buy."

Lettermail does not include tracking, and USA lettermail has partial tracking. You can upgrade to full tracking during checkout and orders qualifying for Free Shipping includes full tracking automatically.
